Are your vintage pieces authentic?+
Yes. Every vintage item is authenticated in-house before it is listed. Each piece is graded on a 10-point condition scale.
How long does shipping take?+
Within Greater Accra: 24–48 hours. Rest of Ghana: 2–4 business days. International: 5–10 business days via DHL Express.
What is your return policy?+
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return on new items. Vintage pieces are final sale — check the condition notes on each product page.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Paystack (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and bank transfer for orders over GH₵5,000.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?+
Most archive pieces are one-of-one and never restock. Made-new staples restock in small batches — sign up to the atelier list to hear first.
Can I visit the studio?+
